Does GRID NIVA provide construction or consulting services?
No. Gridniva is subscription software for organising project records and review workflows. It does not perform construction, provide legal or safety advice, certify compliance or make project decisions for customers.
Who is Gridniva designed for?
Gridniva is designed for construction companies, contractors, project teams, project owners and homeowners who need consistent subcontractor compliance, Change Order, safety and Daily Site Log records.
Does a subcontractor need a Gridniva account?
No. Subcontractors use the secure Gridniva link from their phone or browser to submit the requested information without creating an account, installing an app or remembering another password.
How many subcontractors can I manage?
Starter supports up to 15 subcontractors, Pro supports up to 80 and Business supports up to 200. Gridniva does not charge a separate fee for each subcontractor within your plan limit.
Do I need to book a sales demo before I can start?

What happens when a document is rejected?
The reviewer can record a rejection reason, and the subcontractor can submit a corrected replacement through the document-upload workflow.
Can Gridniva follow up on missing or expiring documents?
Yes. Gridniva supports automatic follow-up for outstanding document requests and advance notifications for approved documents with expiry dates.
How are uploaded documents protected?
Documents are kept in private storage. Authorised document viewing uses temporary access links, while upload-request links can expire or be revoked.
Does Gridniva certify that a subcontractor is legally compliant?
No. Gridniva organises document collection, review and activity records. The contractor, homeowner or authorised reviewer remains responsible for checking documents and making final project or compliance decisions.
