GRID NIVA subscription policy
Refund & Cancellation Policy
Effective and last updated: 10 September 2026
This Policy explains how subscription cancellations and refund requests are handled for Gridniva. It is intended to be clear before purchase and should be read with our Terms and Conditions.
Cancelling stops future renewals. Charges already completed are generally non-refundable, including monthly charges and annual renewals, except for duplicate or incorrect charges, a refund we expressly approve, or rights that cannot legally be excluded.
1. Before a paid subscription
Free Trials and Informed Purchase
Gridniva's 14-day free trial is provided without requiring a payment method. It does not renew automatically, and no payment will be collected when it ends. You may use the trial to evaluate whether Gridniva suits your needs before purchasing.
Starting a paid plan during the trial ends the free trial immediately. You will be charged at checkout, and the paid subscription will renew automatically at the displayed billing frequency until cancelled.
2. Monthly subscriptions
Monthly Payments Are Normally Final
Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable once charged. Cancelling a monthly subscription prevents the next monthly renewal; it does not create a refund or credit for the current month or for unused time, unless required by applicable law.
3. Annual subscriptions
Annual Payments and Renewals
Annual subscription fees are normally non-refundable once charged. You may ask us to review an initial annual-purchase refund request submitted within 14 calendar days of purchase. Approval is not automatic and may depend on account usage, support history, the reason for the request and applicable law.
If GRID NIVA approves a discretionary annual refund, it may be full or partial. Any deduction for usage, taxes, currency conversion, banking or payment-processing costs will be made only where permitted by law and supported by Paddle’s payment process. Annual renewal charges are not normally refundable, so cancel before the renewal date if you do not want another annual term.
4. Billing problems
Duplicate, Incorrect or Unauthorized Charges
Contact us promptly if you believe you were charged twice, charged an incorrect amount or charged without authorization. Verified duplicate or billing-error charges will be corrected or refunded as appropriate. We may ask for the Paddle transaction number and enough information to verify the account and payment.
5. Service problems
Material Failure of the Paid Service
If a material Gridniva service failure substantially prevents use of paid core functionality, contact us promptly and allow a reasonable opportunity to investigate and restore service. Depending on the circumstances, applicable law and the length and impact of the failure, we may provide an extension, service credit, partial refund or full refund. Minor defects, planned maintenance, third-party internet failure or dissatisfaction with a feature that operated as described do not automatically qualify.
6. Cancellation
How Cancellation Works
Cancel through the available subscription-management process or contact us. Cancellation becomes effective at the end of the current paid billing period unless stated otherwise. You should export records you need before account closure. Stopping use, deleting data or deleting an account does not automatically reverse completed subscription charges.
7. Request process
How to Request a Refund
Email billing@gridniva.com with your account email, company name, Paddle transaction or invoice number, charge date and reason for the request. You may also use Paddle’s buyer support where the transaction was processed by Paddle. Do not email complete card or bank-account details.
We aim to review complete requests within 10 business days. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method where possible. The time for funds to appear is controlled by Paddle, payment networks and your financial institution.
8. Mandatory rights
Applicable Law Comes First
Nothing in this Policy limits a refund, cancellation, withdrawal or other remedy that cannot legally be excluded. If mandatory law gives you stronger rights, those rights apply. GRID NIVA and Paddle may also take action required to address fraud, chargebacks, sanctions or payment-network rules.
